Q: What is your cancellation and rescheduling policy?
A: If cleanings are canceled or rescheduled in less than 24 hours before a service, we will charge a
$50 fee. For Lock-Outs, meaning if there is no way for our cleaners to enter your property, we will
charge a $75 fee. Our cleaning partners spend time to prepare for your cleaning and we want to
ensure that their time is considered when they prep before a cleaning.
